1. Decide on your final topic and prepare a paragraph explaining the topic and readings you plan to use. Be prepared to paste this paragraph into Monday’s Timed Exercise.
2. Read/listen/watch, take notes, and be ready for in-class timed exercises & discussions on: 
   • Remaining chapters in The Left Hand of Darkness.
   • “Globalization from Within: Enhancing Digital Productivity and Transformation in the South,” Chapter 3 of Re-Imagining Communication in Africa and the Caribbean: Global South Issues in Media, Culture and Technology.
3. Add relevant a news item to D&T News Items 2023.
