This is a very useful app for preparing geographic files. Try downloading the shapefiles for <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/data.cityofnewyork.us\/Housing-Development\/Building-Footprints\/nqwf-w8eh\" target=\"_blank\">NYC building footprints<\/a> and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.qgis.org\/3.16\/en\/docs\/user_manual\/managing_data_source\/create_layers.html?highlight=add%20shapefile#creating-a-new-shapefile-layer\" target=\"_blank\">opening them in QGIS<\/a>. If you prepare this file in black-and-white, you can them use them as a <a href=\"https:\/\/knowledge.autodesk.com\/support\/maya\/learn-explore\/caas\/CloudHelp\/cloudhelp\/2020\/ENU\/Maya-LightingShading\/files\/GUID-F403A3FF-55BE-43A0-B6E1-49BA7C6BF5EE-htm.html\">surface relief texture<\/a>.<\/li><li>Try downloading the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/pdb101.rcsb.org\/motm\/246\" target=\"_blank\">Coronavirus Spike Protein<\/a> (see the extra credit below to learn more about these proteins), then try using MeshLab to convert it into a model that Maya can read.
