- Randy: What were you doing before Merit? What did you do there?
- Kirk: What were you doing before Merit? What did you do at Microsoft, Hightower, and VTS?
- How did you two start working together?
- What is Merit? How does it work?
- What is the goal of Merit? Why are you working on this?
- How does creating a diverse technical workforce affect society at large?
- What are the biggest obstacles in your way? Whats been the hardest part?
- How has product development for Merit worked to date? How have you gotten to where you are today with product development?
- Why did you two decide to become founders?
- Randy: What were you doing before Merit? What did you do there?
- 1-on-1 Check-ins: We will briefly discuss your questions, absences, extra credit, etc.
- If there’s time: brief presentation from Prof A on Multimer.
